GuestTek is pleased to announce the promotion of Ken Barnes to Senior Vice President of Global Support and Service. Mr. Barnes joined GuestTek in 2015 as our SVP of Global Client Relations, where his substantial industry expertise quickly added value and has driven our Client Relations team to demonstrated successes. In his new role, Ken will take on the additional responsibility of moving our Global Services team towards similar levels of success on a worldwide scale, while continuing to guide our Client Services team. “Ken’s hotel experience, work ethic, and can do attitude will elevate our support services to properly accommodate the needs of our customers.  This is a key part of our mantra to raise the bar in the hospitality industry.” says Arnon Levy, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of GuestTek.
